中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討金工鋸之不同的主要握把及輔助握把角度之組合對於作業績效及人員舒適度之效應,進而找出最佳化之金工鋸主要握把與輔助握把角度。本研究共徵募8名男性受試者進行鋸物作業實驗,金工鋸之主要握把與鋸片的夾角有45°、60°、75°和90°等四種;而輔助建把角度爲0°與前傾15°兩種,共8種組合。衡量效標包括作業績效(時問)、主觀知覺評量以及主觀偏好排序等。研究結果發現:(1)主要握把角度對於作業績效、主觀知覺評量與主觀偏好排序有顯著效應,三者均以75°爲最佳,其次爲60°,45°爲最差;(2)輔助握把角度對於作業績效、主觀知覺評量與主觀偏好排序有顯著效應。而作單是績效、主觀知覺評量及主觀偏好排序等變項是已結果一致以前傾15°爲最佳;(3)主觀偏好排序結果發現,75°的主要握把角度搭配前傾15°的金工鋸最受喜愛;(4)整體而言,以主要握把角度爲75°,搭配輔助握把角度前傾15°的組合最佳。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the angles combinations of primary and supplemental handles of hacksaw on the performance and comfort of user's wrist. A total of 8 male subjects were recruited to participate this study. The independent variables were the angle of primary handle with four levels (45°, 60°, 75°, and 90°) and tilt angle of supplemental handle with two levels (0° and tilt-forward 15°). Criterion variables include the objective measures of sawing performance and the subjective measure of ratings of perceived exertion. In addition, the subjects ranked their preference after all of the tasks were completed. The results showed that: (1) The angles of primary handle had significant influence on the objective measures of sawing performance, and the working posture of the right hand. The optimal angle of sawing performance was 75°, and the worst was 45°. (2) The tilt angles of supplemental handle had significant influence on the objective measures of sawing performance, the ratings of perceived exertion and the subjects ranked preference. The optimal tilt angle of supplemental handle for the sawing performance, the ratings of perceived exertion, and the subjects ranked preference all were directed to tilt-forward 15° and the worst was 0°. (3) For the subjects ranked preference, the 75° primary handle angle with tilt-forward 15° supplemental handle angle was the best. (4) In general, The optimal combination of the posterior handle angle was 75° and anterior handle angle was tilt-forward 15°. |
