中文摘要 | 倒立是競技體操最重要的基礎動作之一,目前正確實施倒立姿勢的臺灣選手並不多。本文目的是探討倒立錯誤姿勢有哪些,再藉由修正訓練方法導正錯誤技術缺失,提供臺灣競技體操教練與選手們從事專項訓練時的參考。透過相關文獻資料收集,彙整與探討倒立常出現的錯誤姿勢及修正方法。本文結果發現臺灣選手在實施倒立姿勢時常出現抬頭、挺胸、肩關節內縮及髖關節過度伸展等錯誤姿勢,本文針對缺失提出基本姿勢、保護、修正訓練方法及肩關節柔軟度等方法導正錯誤的倒立姿勢。建議相關訓練過程必須透過循序漸進的方式,使選手逐步改正錯誤倒立姿勢,掌握倒立正確姿勢,提升倒立動作技術與穩定性。 |
英文摘要 | Hand-stands are one of the most important fundamental elements in athletic gymnastics; however, only a few gymnasts in Taiwan are able to perform them correctly. This article aims to rectify the flaws through revision of training techniques. Through a series of investigations and reviews on relevant literature and supportive photos and images, the findings of this article indicated that head raising, squared shoulders, protracted shoulders, and hip over-extension were the mistakes Taiwanese gymnasts make most frequently when executing hand-stands. Therefore, both modified stationary (lying and wall-supported) and dynamic hand-stands (including arm stretching, back curving and core musculature training) were proposed, as well as protective measures and shoulder flexibility training. The recommendations gradually and incrementally apply new training techniques for gymnasts to achieve correct body alignment. These techniques are a reference for gymnastic coaches and gymnasts that would help athletes perform hand-stand patterns with accuracy and stability. |
