中文摘要 | 背景:由於家庭照顧人力不足以照顧家中失能老人,致使機構內長者照護之需求,隨著我國老年人口之增加而逐年增加。根據文獻,照護人員的工作知覺與工作滿足感,將影響照護品質。本研究主要目的即為探討長期照護機構照護人員工作知覺及工作滿足感的情形,並檢視其主要影響因子。 方法:採橫斷式調查法,以方便取樣,選取中部地區長期照護機構,共110位照護人員為研究對象,以自陳式問卷搜集資料,並運用次數分配、平均數、標準差、複回歸及皮爾森相關性統計方法進行資料整理分析。 結果:結果顯示,照護人員於工作知覺及工作滿足感呈正向;照護人員之工作知覺與工作滿足感呈現顯著正相關;照護工作年資為工作知覺之主要影響因素,其解釋變異量達17%。年齡、教育程度、職稱為工作滿足感之主要影響因素,解釋總變異量為37%。本研究結果可提供長期照護機構行政主管激發照護人員正向工作知覺與滿足感之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Background: Due to insufficiency of the manpower of family caregiver in caring of the disabled elderly at home, the care needs for the elderly in institution increase as the elderly population in current Taiwan grows. According to the literature, the quality of care for the elderly in institution was influenced by the care provider’s work perception and their working satisfaction. The major purpose of this study was to investigate the status of care provider’s work perception and work satisfaction, and their major affecting factors. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study with 110 convenient sampling participants from long term care institutions in Taichung area was conducted. A self-report questionnaire was used to gather data, and applied Pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple regressions to analyze data and illustrate the findings. Results: There was a significant positive correlation between care providers’ work perception and satisfaction. Length of working period was a significant predictor of the providers’ work perception, and explained 17% of the total variance. Age, educational level and title were significant predictors of work satisfaction, explaining 37% of total variance. The findings would be a reference of clinical administration for enhancing the provider’s work perception and working satisfaction. |
