英文摘要 | This research explored three important concepts of teacher leadership, and their implications for contemporary school education. To begin with, the researcher delineated the origin, development, definition and mail ideas of teacher empowerments. Second, the origin, definition and characteristics of professional community for teachers were discussed. Third, the researcher examined the origin, definition and main ideas of constructivist leadership. Based on the findings of the research, some implications for contemporary school education were suggested. |
