中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討學前特教教師的專業自我概念、職業倦怠,以及兩者之間的關聯。本研究以420名學前特教教師為問卷調查的受試者,透過「學前特教教師專業自我概念量表」、「學前特教教師職業倦怠量表」來蒐集實證資料。資料處理採用變異數分析以及結構方程模式,以進行假設考驗與模式檢定。統計分析發現,學前特教教師專業自我概念與職業倦怠存有顯著的關聯。根據研究結果,本研究針對「學前特教教師專業自我概念量表」、「學前特教教師職業倦怠量表」的應用、學前特教教師人力資源管理,以及未來研究,提出相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to explore relationship between professional self-concept and job burnout of early childhood special educators. The data were collected through questionnaires from a sample of 420 early childhood special educators. The major instruments for this study were “Early Childhood Special Educator Professional Self-Concept Scale” and “Early Childhood Special Educator Job-Burnout Scale”. Statistically, the approaches of analysis of variance (ANOVA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) were applied to the quantitative procedures of parameter estimations and model test. The results showed that there was significant correlation between professional self-concept and job-burnout of early childhood special educators. Based on those findings, the well application of “Early Childhood Special Educator Professional Self-Concept Scale” and “Early Childhood Special Educator Job-Burnout Scale” was provided. And those suggestions for early childhood special educator concerning human resource management and future study were included in this study. |
