中文摘要 | 依據「中華中藥典」記載,桂皮為樟科 Lauraceae植物肉桂 Cinnamomum cassia Blume之乾燥樹皮,常見的誤用品為陰香 C. burmannii。研究中利用 trnL片段為 DNA標記,建立 Nested PCR-DNA定序方法鑑別桂皮及肉桂製劑。結果顯示,總計 30件桂皮藥材及 33件桂皮及肉桂製劑檢體中,均鑑定出檢體基原為 C. cassia,並且在 18種複方製劑中,可不受干擾地鑑別桂皮或肉桂基原。 |
英文摘要 | Cinnamomi Cortex is the dried bark of Cinnamomum cassia Blume. The bark are easily confused with the dried bark of C. burmannii. In this study, trnL was used as DNA marker and Nested PCR-DNA sequencing method was applied to authenticate Cinnamomi Cortex and its preparations. The results showed that 30 samples of raw materials were identified as Cinnamomi Cortex and 33 preparations contained Cinnamomi Cortex. This method was successfully applied to 18 formulae of Chinese medicinal preparations. |
