中文摘要 | 本系統結合ARM 板,與OV9650 CMOS 影像鏡頭完成自動讀表介面設計,使用環狀長條式樣板比 對的影像辨識方法,讓傳統的機械類比水錶,同時具有自動讀表及遠隔顯示的功能,以利區域性漏水之檢 測,提升水資源管理效率。為了縮短鏡頭的焦距,應用了半透鏡的特性,將水錶上的數字圖像反射,讓鏡 頭可以水平的安裝以縮小讀表介面體積;為了讓水錶的四個數字不受到外界的光源干擾增加了LED 的輔 助照明而有穩定的亮度。另外因實際的水錶是擺放在室外,難免會受到沙塵的污損,因此影像辨識軟體針 對了受干擾而模糊的水錶上數字圖像進行影像的處理和修正,及使用環狀長條式樣板(Circular multi-digits long template)解決水錶上交越半字數字圖像辨識問題,使辨識率提高至90%。經由網際網路回傳各水錶分 散式子控制點(Substation)資料到遠端的監控中心主機,再藉由主機的資料庫及人機介面軟體進行漏水檢測 以完成水資源管理,達節能之效果。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, both local automatic meter reading (AMR) and remote display functions are implemented on traditional analog water meters with the combination of CMOS camera module, OV9650 and ARM9 embedded board. In order to be adaptable to the size of these meters the focal distance of camera has been minimized by reflecting the water meter digits image with special mirrors. Generally, the installation environments of meter are dirty and the digits image of water meters are often blurred by soiling. Therefore, we focused on how to overcome those problems by image processing. Moreover, adopting circular multi-digits long template the processing of cross-over transit semi-digits, the image recognition rate has been improved significantly, over 90%. Finally, through internet network, information from locally distributed substations installed on water meters are collected, remote control water resource management system combined with database has been developed to monitor and control all distributed local substations. |
