英文摘要 | The Theory of Planned Behavior is applied to this research. There are 288 participants taking part in this survey by recalling to estimate their behavioral attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, intention, behavior and perceived benefits of exercise in different time duration. SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) is applied to analysis of the data in this study, and the first result shows that perceived benefits of exercise positively influence subjective norm and perceived behavioral control in the past stage model of exercise behavior, but the path from perceived exercise benefit to attitude is not significant, and all theoretical hypotheses of the variables from the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) are identified in the past stage model of exercise behavior. The second result shows that perceived benefits of exercise have the influences toward attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control, but there is only one significant path of hypothesis from perceived behavioral control to intention in the present stage model. The third result shows that in the two stage model, the past exercise behavior can influence the perceived benefits of exercise in the next stage. The conclusion is that the perceived benefits of exercise is helpful to explain the continuance of the exercise behavior, and the influence of perceived benefits of exercise toward attitude, social norm and perceived behavioral control is different in the past and present stage model. |
