英文摘要 | In this work, we propose a new approach that generalizes the usual one-particle Schr¨odinger equation to the two-particle bound state, which has a slightly different form from the original Bethe-Salpeter equation. The reduction to the usual Schr¨odinger equation is given. We also apply the method to the superconducting case, treating the bound Cooper pair wavefunction in the postulated equation. The numerical results of the reduced gap ranging from weak to strong coupling are given, showing a good trend and reducing to the usual value predicted by BCS theory. The “exotic” high value of the reduced gap is naturally explained in this way, thus unifying the weak and strong coupling of a superconductor within the same BCS-like mechanism. |
