中文摘要 | 本試驗是利用液態出菇方式培養秀珍菇,固定碳源及改變氮源調整碳氮比,探討在25℃下液態出菇培養基不同碳氮比對秀珍菇菌絲、原基及子實體的影響。研究結果顯示,碳氮比5:1的平均菌絲生長量為0.31cm/天,顯著高於其他處理,其次為碳氮比15:1處理,與其餘三個處理均有顯著差異。不同處理間在第14天後秀珍菇原基生成有顯著差異,其中碳氮比15:1處理原基生成量最差僅8.8個/瓶,碳氮比5:1、25:1、35:1等處理原基生成量無顯著差異,而以碳氮比45:1處理表現最為佳,原基平均生成量為31.1個/瓶。秀珍菇子實體的生成數量並沒有顯著差異,以碳氮比25:1及35:1較佳,碳氮比5:1處理之子實體生成量最差。 |
英文摘要 | The experiments were studied on the effects of C/N ratio in liquid medium on the growth of mycelium, the formation of primordia and fruiting body of Pleurotus ostreatus. The trials were conducted in liquid medium with different C/N ratios under fixed carbon content at 25℃. The results showed that the growth of the mycelium in 15:1 C/N ratio was 0.31 cm/day that was higher than other treatments. The next was the treatment of C/N ratio 15:1. The other three treatments (C/N ratio 25:1, 35:1 and 45:1) significantly different compared to front two treatments. The formation of primordia in the different treatments was significant difference at the 14th day after culture. The number of primordia per flask was the lowest (8.8) in 15:1 C/N ratio. But treatments with C/N ratio 5:1, 25:1 and 35:1 were no significantly different among them. The best one was C/N ratio 45:1 treatment with 31.1 primordia per flask. The formation of fruitbody among treatments was no significantly different. The formations of fruiting body of 25:1 and 35:1 C/N ratio were the best and of 5:1 C/N ratio was the worst. |
