中文摘要 | 第三代行動電話 WCDMA系統啟動服務後,行動電話上網就進入了寛頻的領域,因一般民眾及環保團體對於電磁波是否影響人體健康構成疑慮,基地台的數量勢必有減無增。因業者無法新增基地台,便使得某些特定基地台的負載過重或甚至瀕臨超載 (Over Loading)情形,因此相鄰基地台間的話務量便產生了不平衡。 由於透過基地台遠端調整系統,可有效調整基地台天線傾角及 CPICH Power,改變細胞涵蓋範圍,進而改變基地台系統性能。模擬退火演算法 SA(Simulated Annealing),是一種用來尋找組合最佳化問題之演算法。因此,我們將用模擬退火演算法調整基地台天線傾角及 CPICH Power,作為改善負載不平衡問題的主要方法:在不犧牲系統服務用戶的前提下,優化 WCDMA網路中各個細胞,使得細胞間負載趨於平衡,有計劃性的增加系統性能。 |
英文摘要 | As starting 3G WCDMA system, mobile phone surfer has proceeded to broadband area. However, the common people and environmental groups are interested in how electromagnetic wave impacted on human body. Inevitably, the number of base station will increase steadily. If dealers can’t add new base stations, it may cause some special base stations overweighting or overloading. Therefore, the load of neighboring base station will unbalance. Owing to far-end regulating system of base station, it can adjust base station antennas downtilt and CPICH power to change the covering scope of cell and then alter the base station performance. Simulated Annealing (SA) is an algorithm used to search combination optimization. Consequently, we will use SA modulates base station antennas downtilt and CPICH power which is the major method to improve load imbalance. Under the premise that not influence system customers, optimizing all cell of WCDMA makes the load of cell be balanced and add system properties by planning. |
