英文摘要 | The keys of strong countries could rise in 春秋 were right position between monarch and his subjects, and harmonious politics. Only 齊桓公 and 晉文公 were conferred a superior overlord title from Zhou Royal Emperor.齊桓公 got 管仲 and 晉文公 used 狐偃. Through ‘The history of Eastern Zhou Dynasty’, we can study the relationship between monarch and his subjects, while two strong countries were arising. Even the relations was different, however, they had unique characters and valuably apply to modern society among owner and their managers. Through the academic research, we can find the meaning of studying history novel and set out an ideal how to educate our students to be leader or timber. |
