中文摘要 | 本研究成功地合成了具核 /殼結構之磁性光催化劑( x mol% Ce-doped-TiO2@SiO2 @Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite, x=0、0.5、1.0、1.5和2.0)。此磁性光催化劑以鎳-銅-鋅鐵氧磁體(Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite)作為核,其原料來自於電鍍業和蝕刻業的事業廢棄物,並在鎳-銅-鋅鐵氧磁體的基礎上於表面塗布二氧化矽( SiO2)作為阻障層,接著使用四丁基鈦酸酯( Ti(OC4H9)4)和硝酸鈰( Ce(NO3)3‧6H2O)合成鈰摻雜二氧化鈦( Ce-doped TiO2)奈米光催化劑作為殼層。核殼結構磁性光催化劑透過 XRD、BET和 SQUID等儀器分析,探討磁性催化劑的物理、化學與結構的特徵,最後在 35W氙氣弧燈作為太陽光的模擬光源的照射下,藉由降解亞甲基藍(methylene blue, MB)的特性對光催化活性進行評估。 |
英文摘要 | This study successfully synthesized cerium-doped TiO2 (Ce-TiO2) with core/shell structure magnetic photocatalyst (Ce-doped-TiO2@SiO2@ Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite). In magnetic photocatalyst, Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite acts as the core, which the raw material comes from industrial waste such as the electroplating industry and etching industry. Silicon dioxide (SiO2) is coated on the surface of Ni-Cu-Zn ferrite as a barrier layer. Then using tetrabutyl titanate (Ti(OC4H9)4) and cerium nitrate (Ce(NO3)3․6H2O) as raw materials to synthesize Ce-doped TiO2 photocatalyst-layer as shell. The magnetic photocatalysts with core-shell structure were evaluate via XRD, BET and SQUID instruments and understand the physical, chemical and crystal structure characterization. Finally, the degradation of methylene blue was carried out to evaluate catalytic activity under the irradiation of 35 W-Xenon-arc-lamp as a visible light source. |
