中文摘要 | 如何有效地管理團隊是現今管理者關切的焦點之一。本研究由領導者回復力的觀點出發,調查了32個團隊,158位團隊成員,以驗證領導者回復力對團隊回復力的影響,以及在情緒渲染機制下,團隊正面情感的中介角色。研究結果發現,領導者回復力會顯著正向影響團隊正面情感,而正向團隊情感確實在領導者回復力與團隊回復力之間,扮演中介的角色。研究的實務意涵,則建議回復力應該做爲篩選團隊領導者的重要標準,且在領導力的訓練課程中,亦應該將回復力的提升納入。 |
英文摘要 | How to manage team effectively becomes the main concern for most of managers. This research investigates 158 team members of 32 teams to verify the influence of leader resilience on team resilience, and the mediation role of positive team affectivity under the emotion contagion mechanism. The results show that leader resilience significantly impacted the positive team affectivity, and it plays the mediation role in the relation between leader resilience and team resilience. The implication of our results suggests that resilience is the important selection criterion for team leaders, as to the leadership training program, resilience enhancing should also be included. |
