中文摘要 | 本文撰寫立意在於從健康體適能角度探索大專教師身心狀況的需求,以文獻回顧方式進行分析。首先定義壓力之內涵與影響,其次針對大專教師可能的壓力源、進行分析,接下來從體適能角度探討其可能為大專教師帶來的心理效益,最後歸納本文要義以為結語。對於「壓力」的定義可分為三種,包括刺激、反應、互動三種解釋型式,其所涉及之影響包括生理疾病與心理症狀的產生,壓力的發生與生理狀態間是交互影響之關係。對大專教師來說,其壓力源、可分為升等、行政、生存、指導、教學與評鑑等部分,這些壓力源的產生通常是多元並存的情況,乃交互影響而非單一因素。從各項研究中可知體適能活動有助於大專教師在心理上的調適,一方面有助於正向心理狀態的產生,建立良好成受,另一方面有助於舒緩、降低或預防負面心理累積,從身心互動的過程中,直接或間接的獲得心理效益,協助大專教師能在各項壓力中獲得平衡並提升個人生活品質。本文建議未來研究方向,關於體適能的心理效益分析上實尚具有發展之空間。其次在研究對象上對於大專教師的健康研究較為不足,呼籲相關研究領域可再多投注心力於此。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this article to explore the mental condition from college teachers about the healthy fitness perspectives for referen and review. First, the meaning of the pressure and its impact will be defined. Then, the psychological effects from the college teachers may be discussed with the fitness perspectives. At last, the essential parts in the present paper will be gathered as the conclusion. The definition of pressure can be devided into three types, including stimulation, reaction, interactive explanation which affected the disease and mental symptoms and the interactive relationship between pressure and physiological state. For college teachers, theft pressure resulted from promotion, administration, survivial, guidance, teaching and assessment. The emergence of the stress usually exited multiply, which is the interaction affects rather than a single factor. From the various studies, physical fitness activities did help college teachers improving the psychological adjustment. On one hand, it's helpflzl to look forward to the produce of the mental state and the establishment of good feelings. On the other hand, it helps to relieve, reduce or prevent negative psychology. On the process of mental interaction, the psychological benefits directly or indirectly assissts college teachers to get balance among pressure and enhance their quality of life. Regarding the future research, the present article suggests that there is still development for the fitness of psychological benefits analysis Conclusion, the related health researches focused on college teachers are still not enough. It is hoped to appeal more attention in the related field of studies to provide researchers to explore and to conduct reference in the future. |
