中文摘要 | 本文主要是針對市面上鍵盤在使用時,有無配搭手靠墊和腳架其肌肉負荷的差異來進行探討。實驗設計為有手靠墊且無腳架鍵盤、無手靠墊且有腳架鍵盤、有手靠墊且有腳架鍵盤、無手靠墊且無腳架鍵盤四種組合。主要使用肌電儀量測器來探討四種不同的操作鍵盤方法其左手前臂及右手前臂的尺側伸腕肌之肌電值活動現象。受測者共五位男性,平均年齡21.3歲,隨機進行每種組合2分鐘的打字實驗。結論歸納以下幾點:1.左、右手前臂其NEMG(%)的平均最大值都出現在無使用手靠墊且有使用腳架鍵盤的組合型態,而觀察此種方式其手腕向上彎曲角度亦是四種組合中最大的,因此我們可以判定手腕向上彎曲角度越大時,對尺側伸腕肌負荷越大。2.在顯著水準(α)為0.05之下,NEMG(%)於尺側伸腕肌之鍵盤組合ANOVA檢定分析結果得知,P-value=0.989884>0.05之結果可得知四種鍵盤組合型態對尺側伸腕肌的NEMG(%)值沒有顯著的差異存在。 |
英文摘要 | The comparisons of muscular Strength while typing with keyboards as keyboard cushion and frame attached were interpreted in this study. The study design was typing with the combinations of a keyboard cushion with a frame, a keyboard cushion without frame, a frame without keyboard cushion, and without frame without keyboard cushion. We measured the different activities of Extensor Carpi Ulnaris electromyography from left and right front arms. The average age of five male subjects was 21.3 year-old. Subjects were tested with typing with each of keyboard combinations for 2 minutes. Results: (1) Typing without keyboard cushion, but with frame, had the maximum of NEMG (%) and the maximum of angle of wrists upward among four different methods . Therefore, we concluded that people had more muscular Strength of Extensor Carpi Ulnaris while typing with upward wrists.(2) There was no significant difference of NEMG (%) of Extensor Carpi Ulnaris among four different combinations of keyboard (P=0.99). |
