英文摘要 | Abstract After the event of 911, the US started a series of the Afghan war included to sweep the Qaida and to capture Bin Laden, and further overthrew the Taliban regime. In 2003, under the pretext of Iraq's alleged possession of weapons of mass destruction, the US again took the initiative to attack and overthrow the Hussein regime. After the war, The US pushed the political power transfer and composed new Iraqi political power by holding the democratic election. The Bush administration's counter-terrorism strategies were-emptive strike change. However, Obama, whose presidency began in 2009, proposed the conception of cooperative security in order to get rid of the Bush administration's, Obama announced that his new strategy for Afghanistan is shifting the critical point from Iraq to Afghanistan. The U.S counter-terrorist strategy's adjustment underlines that the focus of its national security policy seemed to shift from the security question to the economic problem. Therefore, this article will analyze the changes and the influences of the US counter-terrorism strategy from the Bush era to the Barack Obama administration. |
