中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解臺灣優秀籃球選手互動時在團隊內衝突發生之原因,透過選手擔任位置、年齡、學歷、職業、層級、出場順序、訓練頻率及運動參與時間等不同背景變項進行探討。以2004-2005年SBL超級籃球聯賽七支籃球隊選手為研究對象,共發出105份問卷,回收之有效問卷為89份,回收率高達84.76%。以自編之「籃球團對衝突發生原因」調查問卷為本研究之工具,根據調查所蒐集之資料,經由統計分析後結果發現: 一、臺灣優秀選手之衝突發生原因,以認知與價值觀為最高,其他依序為溝通與分工、人格特質,而以資源與權力為最低,但彼此間差異性並不大。 二、不同選手擔任位置、學歷、層級、出場順序、訓練頻率及運動參與時間之衝突發生原因之差異關係為,在資源與權力、溝通與分工、認知與價值觀及人格特質的衝突發生原因上,皆未達到顯著差異。 三、不同年齡在衝突發生原因之差異關係為,年齡中等之選手不論在資源與權力、溝通與分工、認知與價值觀及人格特質上皆顯著高於年齡較長之選手。 四、不同職業在衝突發生原因之差異關係為,在資源與權力、溝通與分工及人格特質的衝突發生原因上,達到顯著差異,但在認知與價值觀上並未達到顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the causes that resulted in internal conflicts among top basketball team players based on the variables of position of the player, age, educational background, profession, level, sequence to play on the court, training frequency, and playing time. Subjects of this study were the professional players of the seven teams in the Super Basketball League in the 2004-2005 season. The researcher conducted a survey using a self-developed questionnaire “Survey on Conflict Management of Basketball Teams.” A total of 105 questionnaires were distributed, and 89 (84.76%) of those that were returned were valid. By analyzing the collected data through the survey, this study had the following findings: 1. Among the causes that resulting in conflicts among top basketball players, perception and value rank the highest, followed by communication and teamwork, personality, with resources and power ranking the lowest. Discrepancies between each cause were not very significant, though. 2. The correlations between the variables of position, educational background, level, sequence to play on the court, training frequency, and playing time and the causes of conflicts of resources and power, communication and teamwork, perception and value, and personality were not significant. 3. The correlations between the variable of ages and the causes of conflicts of resources and power, communication and teamwork, perception and value, and personality are more significant for medium-aged players than older-aged players. 4. Correlations between the variable of profession and the causes of conflicts of resources and power, communication and teamwork, and personality were significant, but that between the variable of profession and perception and value was not significant. |
