中文摘要 | 學生對教師的教學進行評鑑,在今日之大學已是一項被普遍施行之制度。然而,評鑑成績未達標準教師之教學專業發展機制與實施策略應該為何,卻仍有待探究。有鑑於此,筆者透過行動研究的方式,針對本身所任教學校之現行規劃與實施加以探究:一方面,除就相關文件進行分析,還透過檢討會議、訪談與問卷調查等方式蒐集必要資料;另一方面,則藉由反思、調整、實踐、再反思與再調整之歷程,建構一套涵蓋準備、研擬改善方案及實踐與評估等三個階段之教學專業發展方案,並針對教學諮詢的態度和方法提出建議。對於欲就學生評鑑教學成績未達標準教師之教學專業發展予以協助之大學而言,本文之探究歷程與結果可供參考。 |
英文摘要 | Student Ratings of Instruction is currently a common practice in universities. However, professional development mechanisms and practical strategies for teachers whose ratings fail to meet the evaluation standards are not well researched. In view of this, the researcher examined a sample school's (where the researcher teaches) current planning and practices with action research. On the one hand, relevant documents and essential data were collected and analyzed through review meetings, interviews, and surveys. On the other hand, through the process of continuous introspection, adjustment, and practice, the researcher constructed a three-stage teaching professional development program that covers preparation, studying and formulation of improvement program and practice, and evaluation. Also, the researcher provides suggestions for attitudes and methods of teaching consultations. Results and processes of this study can provide references for universities that would like to assist teachers who fail to meet the evaluation standards of Student Ratings of Instruction. |
