中文摘要 | 在現代高科技產業社會的緊湊步調中,工作者之工作壓力更甚往昔,並進而危害到工作者本身之身心健康,且所產生的離職傾向對組織而言有負面影響。在大專院校中,總務長身居要職,所負責之業務繁雜,舉凡營繕、文書、環安、保全、採購等,其工作型態、工作壓力等相當值得關注,但相關研究極為欠缺。本研究針對全國大專院校總務長發放問卷共回收有效問卷為120份,透過敘述性統計、因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定、變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析,發現大專院校總務長之工作型態屬上班時間長、常態加班、休閒時間少、工作負擔大。總務長之工作壓力屬中度偏高,其壓力源可分為「工作負荷」、「外在支持」、「內部組織」、「專業知能」、「經費預算」等五個因素構面。在健康部分屬為中度偏低,值得多加以關注。此外,本研究亦發現總務長負面健康亦與離職傾向成正相關,亦即健康狀況可能會影響其離職傾向。 |
英文摘要 | Working pressure of workers has increased more than before in the compact step of modern and high technology society, and then it harms the health. Also, it produces the tendency of leaving job that has negative impact for organizations, and the related present situation and the development seem extraordinarily important. This study provides 166 questionnaires to Dean of General Affairs of universities, while the valid samples are 120 of total. Refers to previous research, coordinates the working characteristics and differences of Dean of General Affairs of universities to undertake revising, and then develops a form of working pressure. The result has discovered that the working formation of Dean of General Affairs of universities is long working hours, normality working overtime, few free time, heavy workload, and when facing pressure, the most effective method has been considered that is to hold the conference, request superiors and do exercise. By the factor analysis, this study finds out that the working pressure of Dean of General Affairs of universities, colleges and institutes can divide into five factors, "the working load", "the external support", "the internal organization", "the specialized knowledge", "the funds budget" and so on. Moreover, the study also discovers that the working pressure relates with the negative health and the tendency of leaving job; the negative health is also relevant to the tendency of leaving job. |
