中文摘要 | 利用熱發光劑量計佈值於侖道假體,進行兩種方式的頭部電腦斷層檢查,評估全身有效劑量及器官組織等價劑量。TLD熱發光劑量計分布於擬人侖道假體於個組織及器官,經由(A)軸向掃描,CTDI_(vol)為69.2 mGy,掃描範圍為上頷骨(maxillae)和耳洞(ear hole)連線到顱頂;(B)螺旋式掃描,CTDI_(vol)為51.1mGy,其掃描範為下頷骨到顱頂,兩組不同的掃描範圍及參數,執行頭部電腦斷層檢查於鹿港基督教醫院之飛利浦CT。掃描後的TLD劑量計由Harshaw 3500計讀儀,計讀出各組織器官的等價劑量,並依據國際輻射防護委員會ICRP 60號及103號報告,計算出全身有效劑量,得到軸向掃描時有效劑量分別為1.49±0.21和2.44±0.37 mSv;螺旋式掃描時有效劑量分別為2.26±0.19 和2.83±0.22 mSv。遠離掃描範圍外的性腺,等價劑量近於背景輻射值。兩種掃描方法之有效劑量明顯不同,由於本研究中所設定的螺旋式掃描範圍較長於軸向掃描,螺旋式掃描範圍,包含頸椎及其他紅骨髓器官。最後,這些結果與其他文獻對比,這發現將提供病患、醫師、放射師及主管機關卓參。 |
英文摘要 | Effective dose (E) and organ or tissue equivalent dose (H_T) of Rando phantom undergoing two kinds of protocol from brain CT examinations were evaluated using thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLD-100H) approach. TLDs were inserted into organ or tissue from Rando phantom using (A) axial scan in which CTDIVOL was 69.2 mGy that included maxillae ranging from the ear hole to the parietal and (B) helical scan in which CTDI_(VOL) was 51.1 mGy that ranged from mandible to the parietal. There were differences in scan areas and parameters. Examinations were conducted by Philips computer tomography (Brilliance CT) at Lukang Christian Hospital. TLDs were measured by using Harshaw 3500 TLD reader. E and HT were calculated by ICRP 60 and 103. E was 1.49±0.21 and 2.44±0.37 mSv using axial scan, 2.26±0.19 and 2.83±0.22 mSv using helical scan according to ICRP 60 and 103, respectively. Gonads equivalent dose, H_(gonads), is nearly background dose due to far away from scan area. E of two scan protocols is obviously different due to scan range of helical scan is longer than that of axial scan. Helical method included c-spine and other bone marrow organs. Finally, experimental results are compared with those in literature. These findings will prove useful to patients, physicians, radiologists, and the public. |
