中文摘要 | 德國教育事務屬各邦管轄之權限,16個邦在教育制度設計與課程內容方 面的規定皆不相同。本文乃以北萊茵河-威西發冷邦為例,採歷史研究法,依 其歷史發展特性,區分為不同時期,深入探討德國幼教師資培育制度;同時, 並以國際政治、國內經濟與社會需求為外部因素,以及聯邦教育政策與師資培 育機構經營者之態度為內部因素,分析各時期之發展。本文有下列發現:一、 該制度與其他相關學程間具有「學程連貫性」,且對相關職業具有「職業升遷 性」;二、該項制度重視師資生的職場實務經驗;三、合格幼教師就業場域多 元化;四、德國幼教師資培育制度,在不同邦間存在著銜接的問題;五、該制 度在其培育內容與職場實務要求間存在著落差問題。 |
英文摘要 | In Germany,each federal state is independent, and consequently educational system is more than often different. This paper takes the state of Nordrhein- Westfalen as a case of study. We analyse the education system and its features in different periodes, its external factors such as international politics, domestic economic and social needs and its internal factors.such as educational policies and practices in the preschool teacher institutes. As results, we find that (1). there is a certain continuity among different courses and a certain relation to vocational education; (2) practical experiences are taken highly; (3) preschool teacher has a free choice of the field he or she likes; (4) The difference of regulations among states would cause difficulty to those students who want to continue training in another state; (5) there is still a gap between theory and practice. |
