中文摘要 | 至 2007 年3 月底全球 IPv4 位址空間 (256個 /8) 在國際組織 IANA 下,尚未核發出來的IPv4位址只剩 47 個 /8(Class A)。而去年(2006年)一年核發IPv4數量超過10個 /8 (Class A),根據此申請速度,一般相信在2011年IPv4位址將消耗殆盡,將造成未來IP服務的災難,而IPv6的廣大位址空間可適時解決此問題。本文將介紹在導入IPv6時遭遇之困難及解決之方法,以增加網路維運的可行性及使用者對IPv6之信心。 |
英文摘要 | Up to March 2007, IANA(Internet Assigned Numbers Authority) has already doled out 256's /8(class A) IPv4 addresses with the remaining 47's /8(Class A) for future IPv4 address application. Over 10's /8(class A) IPv4 addresses is allocated in 2006 alone. With the current growth rate, it is estimated that IPv4 address will be exhausted in 2011, creating tremendous havoc for providing future IP services. IPv6(Internet Protocol Version 6) is designed specifically to solve this upcoming dilemma. This paper will discuss possible technical difficulties in IPv6 network deployment providing the technical know-how for IPv4 and IPv6 network interoperability and bringing confidence to the general public for using IPv6. |
