英文摘要 | The main purpose of this paper is to apply grey relational grade to weigh problem on the topic of e-learning satisfaction. Teachers, students, teaching methods, students' learning strategy, and technology environment play key roles in facilitating successful English teaching. Therefore, how to teach successfully attracts a lot of attention. First, this paper designs a teaching program, and creates a questionnaire based on the experts' experiences. This paper divided the questionnaire into 3 dimensions, 7 factors and 21 questions. 24 students in Cheinkuo Technology University had taken this course and completed the questionnaire. Second, apply GM (0, N) Model to help the calculation of the whole data. Also, a Matlab toolbox has developed to weigh the problem. Finally, this paper got two results. The first is: "Attribute of teachers" is the most important dimension to influence satisfaction; the other is: the factor "Students' technology-using experience" influences satisfaction most. The result matched our original thought that no matter how the teaching and learning environment changes, teachers still play the decisive role in the process. Besides, the students' background knowledge of computer also influences the satisfaction of e-learning course. Then, this paper adopts a new approach, and can extend it into other relative fields. |
