英文摘要 | Abstract This paper attempts to consider structure shape, topology and thickness variation simultaneously via nodal migration within a frequently re-meshed unstructured meshed design domain. Based on a previous two-dimensional work where structural shape and topology are the main objectives, this work presented an extension to 2.5D by simultaneously consider thickness optimisation. Shape optimisation is governed by structure edge movement, topology optimisation via both cavity insertion and cavity edge nodal movement and thickness optimisation by shifting the surface nodes inwards towards a plane. Three commonly used examples, including benchmark problems, are used as illustrations. |
