中文摘要 | TRIZ 創新發明問題解決理論當中,以39 工程參數(39 Engineering Parameters)、矛盾表(Contradiction Table)與40 創新法則(Inventive Principles)是目前在創新問題解決方法中最常被搭配組合使用的工具,也是TRIZ 方法中最受歡迎的工具。在解題的步驟中,首先將欲解決的問題轉換成TRIZ 問題,並解讀出TRIZ 標準解,再將所得的解轉換為欲解決問題的解決方法。本研究以矛盾表與單一工程特性對應的創新法則結合腦力激盪法(Brain Storming),建構一套創新問題求解流程,將其應用於產品創新設計。首先,分析設計對象或產品之問題點,找出產品須改善之項目及其工程特性,並將其對應至39工程參數,藉由矛盾表或單一工程特性對應的創新法則解出可用之40 創新法則,構想可行的之設計方案,經由專利檢索與評估,確認設計方案之可行性與可專利性。 |
英文摘要 | 39 Engineering Parameters, Contradiction Table and 40 Inventive Principles of TRIZ are the most commonly used and popular methods for the TRIZ theory of innovation problem solving. The first procedure is to transform a specific problem into that of TRIZ and get the standard solution of TRIZ, which is then transformed into the solution of the specific problem. With the method of Brain Storming, this study is combined with the contradiction table and the inventive principle corresponding with a single engineering parameter in order to set up an innovation problem solving process, which is applied to the innovation design of products. First, the problem of the designed objects or products are analyzed, and the improvement of the designed objects or the products are set up; then the engineering characteristics of products which should be improved, and the corresponding 39 engineering parameters are found out. Next, through the contradiction table or the inventive principle corresponding with a single engineering parameter, 40 inventive principles will be solved. And all the feasible design will be used to confirm the feasibility and patentability of design by means of the patent retrieval and assessment. |
