中文摘要 | 本研究以黃銅片進行V型折彎來求取中性面的位置,由於計算中性面必須考慮折彎內側材料的壓縮量,以及折彎外側材料的伸長量,為計算材料的變形量,計算基準分為三種:(1) 折彎後內側及外側之圓心不相同,且伸長及壓縮不限於折彎處,(2) 折彎後內側及外側之圓心相同,且伸長及壓縮不限於折彎處,(3) 折彎後內側及外側之圓心相同,且伸長及壓縮僅限於折彎處。 實驗先標定長度後進行沖壓,在顯微鏡底下量取表面點座標,再依上述之三種基準進行曲線擬合,以求取內側壓縮量及外側伸長量,研究結果顯示以內側及外側之圓心相同之基準計算,所得的結果較為合理且穩定,且只需考慮折彎部位之變形量即可準確求 取中性面的位置。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to obtain an adequate way for neutral surface calculation. Sheet metal of copper brass was bended to 90-degree V shape. Calculation of neutral surface needs the amount of compression and extension on inner surface and outer surface of the sheet metal. Three different bases of assumption are used to obtain the amount of compression and extension. They are (1) the centers of the bend for inner and outer surface located at different points and material compression and extension is not limited to bend region (2) the centers of the bend for inner and outer surface located at same point and material compression and extension is not limited to bend region, and (3) the curve centers of the bend for inner and outer surface located at same point and material compression and extension is limited to bend region. Coordinates of Marks etched on sheet metal were measured before and after bending and were curve-fitted to calculate the amount of compression and extension of material on surfaces. Results showed that the calculation based on second basis that assuming the inner and outer surface of the bend curve share one center is suitable. Also the deformation of surfaces was not limited to the bend area, yet, neglecting the amount of deformation for material beyond bend still obtained reasonable location for neutral surface. |
