中文摘要 | 本研究旨在利用管理循環 (PDCA cycle) 及不斷的持續品質改善(Continuous Quality Improvement, CQI)健保門診費用申報流程,以縮短申報時間的一個實證研究。研究結果發現,門診申報由改善前的次月十二日申報提前到次月十日向健保申報,減少應收帳款之積壓,使得醫院之現金週轉較先前順暢,醫院營運績效提昇,而且醫院工作團隊士氣效率,內部顧客滿意度也因此提昇,成效斐然,因此管理循環與持續品質改善可謂是醫院申報作業流程改善之有效工作。 |
英文摘要 | This paper investigated the appropriateness of PDCA cycle in Taiwan public hospital. The objective was to look for a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) model for hospital to improve the process of Health Insurance Payment. Findings indicated that PDCA cycle and Continuous Quality Management are important tools for hospital to increase the efficiency of health insurance payment processes and to decrease the receivable accounts and therefore enhance hospital performance. |
