英文摘要 | Abstract Service restoration is an important issue for power system operations. In this paper, we present an effective approach for analyzing restoration plans quantitatively and systematically by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) based Fuzzy-Grey approach. The AHP was used for assessing the weight of each objective function in a quantitative and rational way. The Fuzzy-Grey algorithm was adopted to deal with imprecise linguistic descriptions existing in operators’ heuristic rules and to quantify the ranking of each feasible restoration plan. The proposed analysis framework can be applied to assist system operators in making decisions during the system reconfiguration process. Three study cases were used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Results show that the proposed quantitative evaluation model is useful to evaluate different restoration plans by ranking them with simple computations. |
