中文摘要 | 木藝品應用雷射進行文字、圖案或公司標章雕刻日漸普及,一般進行雷射雕刻之處理有二種,一為先雕刻再塗裝,二為先塗裝再雕刻,二種處理方式依作業或用途而定。本實驗在MDF、杉木及硬槭表面塗佈市售硝化纖維素(NC)底漆及面漆、聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)面漆、紅色油漆及護木油,並以CO2雷射雕刻機進行雕刻,以探討各種塗料之硬化塗膜對雷射雕刻之影響。由試驗結果得知,PU面漆因固形份較高,可在材料表面形成較厚且較硬之乾膜厚度,因此,三種木質材料皆顯示PU塗裝面之雷射雕刻深度最淺,雷射雕刻無法完全移除塗膜,而NC系塗裝面則較易於雕刻,且NC系塗裝面之雕刻深度間並無顯著性差異,除了PU面漆塗裝面經雷射雕刻後未呈現明顯V型溝槽外,其他塗裝面皆呈現V型溝槽雕刻面,溝底深及材面。總之,材面塗裝後之雕刻深度比介於17%(PU)~94%(二度底漆)。 |
英文摘要 | It is vary common using laser to engrave wooden crafts with the text, logo and company signs. Usually, the treatment of laser engraving process has two types, one is engraving the uncoated surface before coating, the other is coating the wood surface before engraving. These treatments were depended on the task. To investigate the effect of various coating films on laser engraving, the sanded surface of MDF, china fir and hard maple were finished with nitrocellulose (NC) wood sealer, clear lacquer, polyurethane (PU) clear, red paint, and wood oil. These coating surface were engraved by CO2 laser engraver. Results of the tests showed that PU has a higher solid content than other coatings which resulting in thicker and harder drying film. Therefore, the PU finished surface showed the minimum engraving depth among those coatings for the three wood-based materials that is, CO2 laser could not remove entirely the PU film. In contrast, the NC films were easy to engraved and engraving depth of various NC coatings were no significant difference. V-shape grooves were observed after laser engraving in all finished surface except for the PU finished surface. The depth of engraving valley reached to wood surface for NC coatings. However, the engraving depth ratios before and after coated were from 17% (PU) to 94% (Wood sealer). |
