中文摘要 | 在台灣北部哈盆自然保留區亞熱帶的溪岸林地與溪床草地,以掉落式陷阱調查結果,溪岸林地的甲蟲物種豐度與個體總數量皆比溪床草地多,溪岸林地甲蟲物種多樣性與物種勻度亦比溪床草地高,兩種類型棲地所觀察到的甲蟲物種組成相似度非常低,Wainstein’s Similarity Index(Kw)僅為 3.95。誘餌掉落式陷阱所吸引的物種數目與個體數目皆高於無誘餌之陷阱,但無誘餌掉落式陷阱的多樣性指數與物種勻度則高於誘餌掉落式陷阱,兩種陷阱的物種組成相似度非常低,Kw值僅為4.11。被屍體誘餌所吸引的甲蟲有 9科,選定7科42種屍食性甲蟲做為長期監測物種。所監測的屍食性甲蟲物種組成在氣候變遷的影響下,2006年於溪床草地甲蟲物種數目比 2001年多,但個體數目卻減少了63.7%,多樣性指數與物種勻度也增加,兩年甲蟲物種組成僅有約 1/7的相似性。2006年與 2007年溪岸林地屍食性甲蟲物種豐度皆低於 2001年,2006和2007兩年的個體數目分別減少了10%與14%,物種組成相似度(K w)下降為 49.0與 44.9,2006與 2007年的物種組成相似性不到 2/3。整體而言,對溫度敏感的屍食性甲蟲物種組成結構及多樣性在五年間已產生明顯變化。 |
英文摘要 | In Hahpen Nature Reserve northern Taiwan, the species compositions of beetles which were collected by pitfall traps in the subtropical stream bed grassland and stream bank forest were studied. The diversity of beetles in forest was higher than in grassland habitat. The Wainstein’s Similarity Index (Kw) of the beetle species compositions between forest and grassland habitats was only 3.95%. The species richness and the individual number of beetles in non-baited pitfall traps were lower than in baited pitfall traps, but the diversity and the evenness were higher. The Wainstein’s Similarity Index (Kw) of the beetle species compositions between non-baited and baited pitfall traps was only 4.11%. Nine of thirty beetles families were attracted by carrion baits, forty-two species of seven families of necrophagous beetles were suggested to be monitored for long term. The species compositions of monitored necrophagous beetles might be influenced by the climatic changes. The individual number of necrophagous beetles in grassland habitat in 2006 was reduced by 63.7% compared with 2001, even though the species number, the diversity and the evenness were increased. The species composition similarity of necrophagous beetles in grassland habitat between 2001 and 2006 was only 14.7%. The species richness of necrophagous beetles in forest habitat in 2006 and in 2007 were lower than 2001, and the individual numbers in 2006 and in 2007 were reduced by 10% and 14%, respectively. the The Wainstein’s Similarity Indices (Kw) between 2001 and 2006, between 2001 and 2007, and between 2006 and 2007 are 49.0%, 44.9% and 61.7%, respectively. Overall, in the forest and grassland habitats of Hahpen Nature Reserve, the species compositions and the diversities of the temperature-sensitive necrophagous beetles had obvious changes during the 5 years. |
