中文摘要 | 本研究探討80年生檜木與柳杉混合林疏伐收穫過程中伐木造材、集材作業之作業效率、標準工作量。試驗地為羅東林區管理處太平山事業區第93林班,面積約10公頃,林分由65%檜木與35%柳杉組成。疏伐方式為將所有柳杉移除,以建造檜木純林。試驗地中柳杉平均胸徑為28.4cm、平均樹高為15.7m。、疏伐作業的集材深度為120m、伐木造材工具使用45cc汽缸之Husqvarna鏈鋸、集材作業以50HP引擎之集材機配合循環落轆式架線系統進行原木集運。結果顯示平均每株樹伐木造材時間為753.5秒,其中實際作業時間為653.3秒,佔整體工作時間86.7%。一組6個集材作業人員平均每迴次集材時間為1214.2秒,實際作業時間805.8秒,佔整體工作時間比例為66.4%。以樹高、胸徑、材積、集材距離等基本資料與個別作業時間的迴歸分析模式可有效預估疏伐作業中伐木造材及集材作業時間。經由標準工時法所推估之伐木造材日標準作業量為每人每日8.97m^3,集材工作日標準作業量為每人每日1.18m^3。 |
英文摘要 | An 80 years old mixed plantation stand, approximately 10 hectares, located at Tai-Ping-Shan working circle, Luodong Forest District Office was selected to evaluate thinning productivity in the harvesting process. This stand contained 65% cypress and 35% Japanese cedar before thinning. All of the Japanese cedar trees were removed in this study in order to establish a pure stand only composed of cypress. The Japanese cedar had an average DBH of 28.4cm, an average tree height of 15.7m. The length of main line along slope was 120m. In felling and bucking operations, 45 cc Husqvarna chainsaw was used, Endless Falling block cable yarding system that is a modification of North Bend system was used for yarding operation by 50HP of diesel engine. The experimental results showed that the amount of total time consumed by individual elements in an average felling cycle of this study is 753.5 seconds; time consumed of each delay-free cycle is 805.8 seconds which accounted for 86.7% of the total felling cycle time. The amount of total time consumed by individual elements in an average yarding cycle is 1214.2 seconds; time consumed of each delay-free cycle is 805.8 seconds which accounted for 66.4% of the total yarding cycle time. The operational time in thinning process could be estimated effectively with respect to the regression relationships between working time and tree heights, DBH, volume, and yarding distance, respectively. The standard operational performance of felling & bucking operation and that of yarding operation were respectively 8.97m^3 and 1.18m^3 per man per day according to standard time study method. |
