中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在於探討戶外冒險教育活動對邊緣青少年在生活效能各層面,包括:時間管理、社交能力、成就動機、智能靈活性、工作領導能力、情緒控制、主動積極性、自信心、制控觀上所產生的影響。依據研究目的,研究者擇定12位已復學但狀況不穩的中輟復學生為對象,參加研究者所設計安排一系列的戶外冒險教育課程,內容包括:平面探索遊戲、高低空繩索課程、登山健行、攀岩、溯溪及攀登高山等。而後,研究者採取質化研究中的現象學取向,針對研究對象予以深入訪談,結果發現:戶外冒險教育活動能夠為邊緣青少年帶來生活效能上的改變。此一研究結果,可與過去量化研究結果相互驗證。最後,研究者對未來研究及教育輔導單位提出相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research aimed to explore the influence of outdoor adventure education on at-risk youths' life effectiveness, including: time management, social competence, achievement motivation, intellectual flexibility, task leadership, emotional control, active initiative, self confidence, and locus of control. The participants were 12 dropouts counseled by the school authorities and social work groups. After participating a series of researcher-designed outdoor adventure education programs, including: PA games, ropes courses, hiking, rock climbing, river trekking and mountain climbing, the approach of phenomenology and the qualitative methodology of in-depth interview were practiced to explore the influence on participants' life-effectiveness. According to the result, the outdoor adventure education brought positive life effectiveness for these at-risk youths. This finding was quite consistent with the previous quantitative research results. In the end, researchers provided some suggestions for future research and school teachers as well as counseling institutions. |
