中文摘要 | 目的:探討太極拳推手選手身體型態因子之特徵及其重要性順序。方法:以高中男子太極拳推手選手為受試對象(身高167.79±6.64公分,體重64.09±12.32公斤,年齡17.32±0.72年,拳齡2.47±0.52年,n=28),依序進行「人體高度與體重測量」(3項)、「身體橫育圓圍測量」(5項)、「人體肢段圓圍測量」(6項)、「人體肢段長育測量」(8項)、「掌足長育測量」(4項)等5大類,共26項身體型態指標之測量。以Cronbach's α係數考驗測量結果的內在信度;以因素分析的主成份正交轉軸之最大變異法篩選相關因素,依其總體特徵給予命名,並尌同共性分析結果排列其重要性順序。結果:抽出3個因素,累積變異量為89.26%;因素一包括「長手」、「長掌」、「長腳」、「長足」等人體肢段的長育指標,具有「長及高」的體型特徵(變異量42.50%、共同性0.892);因素二包括「粗腿」、「厚臂」、「壯體」等身體與肢段的圓圍指標,具有「粗及壯」的體型特徵(變異量36.76%、共同性0.894);因素三為「上體骨架粗壯」的測量指標,具有「骨架粗」的體型特徵(變異量10.00%、共同性0.885)。結論:太極拳推手選手的身體型態因子特徵,依重要性順序排列為:1.粗及壯、2.長及高、3.骨架粗,與過去研究發現的格鬥選手體型因子特徵相當接近。 |
英文摘要 | Purposes: To investigate the anthropometric profiles (AP) factors and its construction of Tai-Chi-Chuan Push Hand (TCCPH) contestants. Methods: Designed 26 AP test items. Male high school TCCPH contestants (mean height were 167.79±6.64 cm, mean weight were 64.09±12.32 kg, mean age were 17.32±0.72 years, mean practice age were 2.47±0.52 years, n=28), were the volunteers for this study. And tested flow path by the body height and weight test (3 items), the body line test (5 items), the limbs line test (6 items), the limbs height test (8 items), and the palm and foot height test (4 items). In this study, the Cronbach's α used to analysis internal reliability, the factor analysis used to analyze data, named in accordance with each characteristic of factor, and the construction basis for communality. Results: 3 factors, accounted for by 89.26%, were obtained in the results. The factor 1 included 4 limbs height test index by "long arm", "long palm", "long leg", and "long foot", the AP characteristic by "long and high" (pct of variation by 42.50%/communality by 0.892). The factor 2 include 3 body and limbs line test index by "sturdy leg", "sturdy arm", and "strong body", the AP characteristic by "sturdy and strong" (36.76%/0.894). The factor 3 was "strong framework of body", the AP characteristic by "strong framework" (10.00%/0.885). Conclusions: The study find that priority order for the AP factors of TCCPH contestants were for by "sturdy and strong", "long and high", and "strong framework". Thus, the results were to be nearness to the AP of the combat conclusions in the past research. |
