中文摘要 | 本研究目的為瞭解護理科學生參與妊娠模擬體驗之感受,以質性研究進行。研究對象為五專護理科學習產科護理學之學生,於四個班級中以隨機取樣方式選取一個班級,共40位學生同意參與本研究。研究工具為基本資料問卷、妊娠模擬體驗學習單及妊娠模擬體驗服。研究步驟為收集學生完成模擬後寫下之心得,資料分析採內容分析。研究結果為六個主要概念:一、大腹便便的新鮮感;二、感受孕婦的身心狀況;三、產生對模擬胎兒的依附感;四、感受青少女懷孕的衝擊;五、體悟母親的孕育之恩;六、體認親善環境的重要性。此研究結果可看出妊娠模擬體驗之教學策略,可以幫助學生具體體驗婦女妊娠第三期的知識與身心狀況,省思時間與空間對妊娠的影響,增進對產科學習之興趣,提升學習成效。整體而言,妊娠模擬體驗課程是其有良好教育成效的課程設計。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to understand the student nurses' feelings of the Pregnancy Simulation Experience. The participants of this study were the nursing students of 5-year junior college who were learning the obstetric nursing, and selected from one in four classes randomly. Finally, 40 students voluntarily participated in this study. Research tools included a personal information questionnaire, the learning sheet about pregnancy simulation, and a self-report about the simulated experience. Content analysis was used to analyses the data.The results include the six key concepts: 1. The freshness of a potbelly; 2. Feelings the physical and mental condition of pregnant women; 3. The perception of attachment with the fetus of simulation; 4. Feelings the impact of pregnancy on teenage; 5.Apperception the grace of their mothers' parenting; 6. Understanding the importance of the friendly environment for pregnant women.The findings show through the strategy of the simulated experience may help the students to understand the knowledge and behaviors of pregnant women during the third stage of pregnancy reflect the impacts of the pregnancy on time and space, enhance interest in learning of Obstetrics and increase learning efficiency. As a whole, the lecture of Pregnancy Simulation Experience is a course design with a good educational efficiency. |
