中文摘要 | 攀枝花蘇鐵(Cycas panzhihuaensis)係IUCN紅皮書名列易受害等級(Vulenrable)的植物,也是中國大陸第I等級的保護物種。四川省攀枝花市於1983年成立攀枝花蘇鐵自然保護區,維護此一珍稀物種及其棲息環境。此種蘇鐵生育地位於橫斷山中部海拔1100m以上深山區,鮮少昆蟲危害的報導。在2006年以前,未曾在此種蘇鐵上發現蘇鐵綺灰蝶(Chilades pandava)的蹤跡,但是隨著引進外來蘇鐵作為攀枝花市造景植物後,現今的攀枝花蘇鐵保護區內,不僅已有穩定的蘇鐵綺灰蝶族群棲息,並且在灰蝶族群大發生時,嚴重危害蘇鐵嫩芽。為了釐清攀枝花蘇鐵上的灰蝶引入來源,以加強攀枝花蘇鐵的保護工作。我們選取了保護區與園藝造景兩地的蘇鐵綺灰蝶樣本(分別為N=7與N=10),定序出粒腺體cox2序列。比對已發表的DNA資料庫,發現保護區的族群屬於基因型H,而園藝區的族群不僅檢測出相同的基因型,而且還檢測出與前者相近的基因型L。而同時包括這兩個基因型的的灰蝶分布範圍,僅出現在中國的南部諸省,因此推測當前攀枝花市的蘇鐵綺灰蝶族群可能是隨著引入中國南部園藝栽植的蘇鐵植株時,夾帶進入攀枝花市。 |
英文摘要 | The cycad, Cycas panzhihuaensis, is a highly noticeable plant species because it is not only listed in the Class I of protected species in China, but it is also a "Vulnerable" plant listed in the IUCN Red Book. For conservation purpose, Panzhihua Cycad Nature Reserve was established to protect this species and its habitats in 1983, and there are now over 380,000 individuals in this area. The Cycad Blue, Chilades pandava, is a Cycas -feeding butterfly that was not observed in the Panzhihua city before 2006, but it is now common in the nature reserve and is causing serious damage on young leaves or soft tissue of the cycad during population outbreak. To clarify possible source of the Cycad Blue in the Panzhihua city, we sampled two Cycad Blue populations, one inhabiting in the nature reserve (N=7) and the other one in the horticultural garden (N=10). The cox2 gene was sequenced to infer its possible origin by comparing it to the published DNA database. The results showed that the Cycad Blue in the Panzhihua Cycad National Nature Reserve had only one haplotype H, whereas there were two haplotypes H and L found in the horticulture population. The latter two haplotypes are only found in southern China suggesting that the Cycad Blue in the Panzhihua city might be introduced from these regions. |
