中文摘要 | 目的:本研究自2007 年7月到2008 年2月共8個月期間,針對大坑六號步道大坑溪下游地區及台中市八個行政地區,捕捉鼠類及非洲大蝸牛,調查其體內攜帶之人鼠共通寄生蟲感染率。 方法:使用薛門氏活捉器捕捉鼠類,活體帶回實驗室檢查鼠體內寄生蟲(包括腦部、心肺、及橫膈膜等部位鏡檢法),並檢查非洲大蝸牛其體內寄生蟲(包括消化法及肺膜壓板檢查法)。 結果:大坑地區共捕獲31 隻鼠類,包括:溝鼠、屋頂鼠、鬼鼠及錢鼠等四個品種,其中有6隻檢驗出廣東住血線蟲,3隻檢驗出住肉孢子蟲;有一隻鬼鼠體內同時感染廣東住血線蟲及住肉孢子蟲。台中市八個行政地區共捕獲55 隻鼠類,包括:溝鼠、屋頂鼠、鬼鼠、錢鼠及月鼠等五個品種。其中有1隻鼠類檢驗出有感染廣東住血線蟲。大坑地區共捕獲32 隻非洲大蝸牛,其中21 隻檢出廣東住血線蟲,感染率為65.6% ;台中市八個行政地區共捕獲69隻非洲大蝸牛,其中7隻檢出廣東住血線蟲,感染率為10.1%。 結論:本篇研究為台灣地區首次發現住肉孢子蟲寄生於鼠類(溝鼠、鬼鼠)橫膈膜之報告,至目前為止,廣東住血線蟲在台中地區的非洲大蝸牛仍有高的感染率。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: In this 8-month field study we studied the infestation ratio of zoonotic endoparasites in wild rats and snails downstream the Takeng River in the Takeng area and in 8 administrative areas in Taichung City. Methods: We used Sherman live traps to capture wild rats and bring them back to our laboratory where under a dissecting microscope we studied the infestation by endoparasites in wild rat’s brain, heart, lung, and diaphragm tissue from July of 2007 to February of 2008. In addition, we used the digestive method and pulmonary membrane screening to study infection by the endoparasites in land snails(Achatina fulica). Results: We caught thirty-one wild rats, including R. norvegicus, R. rattus, B. indica and S. murinus, in the Takeng area. Six were found to be infected with A. cantonensis and 3 with Sarcocystis species. One of the wild rats(B. indica)was found to be infected with both A. cantonensis and Sarcocystis spp. We caught fifty-five wild rats, R. norvegicus, R. rattus, B. indica, S. murinus and M. musculus, in Taichung City. Only one there was found to be infected(A. cantonensis). The infection ratios of A. cantonensis in land snails were significantly higher in the Takeng area(65.5%)than in Taichung City(10.1%). Conclusion: Sarcocystis spp. was found in diaphragm of wild rats(R. norvegicus and B. indica), which has not been previously reported. In addition, B. indica in Takeng area, Taichung County in Taiwan was found to be infected with both A. cantonensis and Sarcocystis spp. |
