中文摘要 | 本文分析我國10處海灘水質特性,包括海灘水質與漲、退潮、降雨、海流、鄰近河川之關係。由福隆、新金山、崎頂、通霄、大安、馬沙溝、西子灣、旗津、杉原及墾丁跳石等10處海灘近4年(94年至97年)監測結果顯示,新金山海灘水質最優,在降雨過後水質雖然稍微轉差,但依然能符合甲類海域海洋環境品質標準(以下簡稱符合甲類),西子灣、馬沙溝、杉原海灘次優,除採樣當天及前3天累積雨量超過50mm之數據外,亦能符合甲類;而大安海灘水質相對最差,超過67%不符合甲類,福隆、墾丁跳石海灘次之,分別有26.7%、23.5%不符合甲類。在降雨影響方面,除墾丁跳石海灘在降雨後水質轉好、不符合甲類比率降低以外;其餘9處海灘在降雨後水質明顯轉差。排除降雨干擾後,在漲、退潮影響方面,顯示福隆、崎頂、通霄等3處海灘於「漲潮」時不符合甲類比率較高;而大安、旗津、墾丁跳石等3處海灘於「退潮」時不符合甲類比率較高。在海流、鄰近河川影響方面,因各海灘位置、地理環境特性不同,其影響情形有很大差異,海流對海灘水質有擴散、稀釋效果;但亦可能將臨近河川污染推向海灘,造成水質不符合甲類標準。 |
英文摘要 | This study focused on the relationship between water quality and rising tide, ebb tide, rainfall,ocean currents, and outflow of the rivers near the coastal areas (including Fulong, New Jinshan, Chi Ding, West-Ocean, Daan, Mashagou, Hsitzuwan, Cijin, Kenting, Shanyuan).According to TEPA water quality monitoring data from 2005 to 2008, the water quality of New Jinshan is optimum, followed by Hsitzuwan, Mashagou and Shanyuan, although water quality can decline after rainfall. Nevertheless, the condition in the New Jinshan area is still better than the coastal water quality standard. The water quality of the Daan area is the worst one with 67% of samples not reaching the water coastal quality standard data, followed by Fulong and Kenting beaches with 26.7% and 23.5% of samples not reaching the water coastal quality standard data. Results show on the fourth day after rainfall, all the monitoring data nearby the beaches turn to be better than the coastal water quality standard. Most data indicates water quality nearby the beaches declines after rainfall, with the exception of Kenting. After removing the data influenced by rainfall, it is shown that water quality during the rising tide is better than that during the ebb tide at Fulong, Chi Ding and West-Ocean. Conversely, it is better during the ebb tide for Daan, Cijin and Kenting.Because of geographical differences, the ocean current and river inputs could cause impacts at different levels. Ocean currents could spread or dilute the water pollution nearby the beaches, but can also push the river pollution to coastal areas that might cause poor water quality conditions. |
