英文摘要 | Vision-based algorithms have been extensively studied for interactive applications. In this paper, a real-time dancing machine system is presented. The system hardware creates a vision-based computer game environment. It consists of a CCD camera and a PC; the CCD camera is used for capturing action image sequences from players, the PC is responsible for processing the captured sequences and displaying feedback information to the players. The system software drives the system. The technology used involves three main parts: 1) static object analysis for location and body silhouettes; 2) dynamic object analysis for extracting features and recognizing actions; 3) an integrated user interface for combining vision-based interactive algorithms and games. With the proposed system, the players can easily be involved in elaborate interactive games, being kept engaged for long periods of time. |
