中文摘要 | 本文提出小波包絡函數,以應用於軸承振動訊號之包絡訊號分析;再提出估測包絡訊號之指數衰減頻率, 以做為軸承損壞之診斷指標。小波包絡函數具有三個參數可用於設定帯通濾波特性,分別為低截止頻率、高截 止頻率與比例參數,可以很方便地應用於高頻解調分析法,濾出單一共振模態。經由適當地選擇參數,小波包 絡函數可成為一Hilbert 轉換對,而藉由所獲得之複數訊號,此軸承振動之單一模態訊號與其包絡訊號,則可分 別由此複數訊號之實部與絕對值來獲得,再根據包絡訊號來估測指數衰減頻率,則可應用於軸承損壞診斷。由 理論與實驗分析證明,小波包絡函數具有波形快速收斂的特性,可有效應用於包絡訊號偵測。此外,指數衰減 頻率亦可做為一量化指標,以應用於軸承損壞診斷。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, a wavelet-based enveloping function is proposed to apply in the envelope detection for the bearing vibration and, then, the estimation of exponential decay frequency for the envelope signal is proposed to be a quantitative index for diagnosing the bearing defect. In the function, there are three parameters required to assign for adjustment and designation of the filtering passband, which are the low cut-off frequency, the high cut-off frequency and the dilation. Accordingly, it would be convenient to apply in the high-frequency resonance technique to filter out one of the resonance modes. With properly designating the above parameters, the wavelet-based enveloping function could be a Hilbert transform pair to derive a complex signal. Thus, the mode vibration and its corresponding envelope could be easily derived from the real part and the absolute value of the complex signal, respectively. According to the envelope signal, the exponential decay frequency could be estimated and applied in the bearing defect diagnosis. From theoretical and experimental studies, it is shown that the designation of wavelet-based enveloping function possesses a satisfied property of fast waveform convergence and could be effectively applied in the envelope detection. In addition, the exponential decay frequency derived from the envelope signal could be a quantitative index for the bearing defect diagnosis. |
