中文摘要 | 隨著節能減碳的議題受到廣泛的重視,太陽光電相關產業,將在現代經濟環境中 佔有更重要的地位。台灣太陽光電環境科技相關廠商,大多為中小型企業,人力、物 力資源均相對有限。對於太陽光電環境科技產品所必需的組件,如鉛酸二次蓄電池, 因欠缺一套良善供應商績效評估模式,不僅導致整體供應作業流程的品質不佳,更會 降低公司獲利能力。本研究旨在建構一套二次電池供應商的績效評估模式,提供業者 作為供應商績效的評估標準及建立採購流程的依據。本研究首先廣泛收集及篩選供應 商績效評估之因素,並彙整專家增刪修改意見,進而萃取出重要的關鍵因素,再以網 路層級分析法(Analytic Network Process; ANP),詳細計算各構面,以及評估指標之相對 重要性權數,建構完整的二次電池供應商評估模式。最後施以案例實證,進行實際評 估模型驗證與分析,結果顯示與廠商實際表現相當吻合。 |
英文摘要 | Energy saving issues are widely concerned, while solar-power industry will play a more important role in modern economic environment. Most firms related to solarpower industry in Taiwan are small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and have limited resources in manpower and materials. Due to lack of an effective evaluation model for supplier performance, typical SMEs have poor supply chain quality of key components in environmental solar-power technology, such as sealed rechargeable battery. This problem results in not only poor quality of entire supply operation process but also fi rms profi tability. This study aims to construct a model for evaluating secondary battery supplier's performance, which provides fi rms with the evaluation indices and standard purchasing process. To build the model, firstly we extensively collected and filtered factors of evaluating supplier's performance. With professionals' deliberating and revising our key factors, we implemented an analytic network process (ANP) to calculate relative importance weights of each index and completed our model for evaluating the secondary battery supplier's performance. Finally,we applied the model to evaluate and analyze real cases. The result showed that the model matches with actual performance of suppliers perfectly. |
