中文摘要 | 內湖線(屬木柵線延伸線)為臺北大眾捷運系統中之中運量設計,沿線採以高架橋樑設計者總長度約佔10.4公里,沿線經過住宅、公園及經貿等不同之都會型態區域,全線高架路段中約計有6公里之橋樑長度,係採行預鑄U型樑生產及吊裝工法施作。 本線為國內大規模採行預力系統預鑄U型樑生產及吊裝工法設計之橋樑工程計畫,其整體特色為:設計有效斷面小、費用較低、縮短工期、預力系統強化承載安全性、樑跨距運用有效降低墩柱量體、伸縮縫適切配置有助行車舒適、樑件弧面造型增添柔美性致減低景觀衝擊及增加造景特色、腹版兼具結構及隔音功能…等,故展現其設計規畫上多功能運用之成果。 在適切及富創意之設計理念下,如何藉由嚴謹施作程序忠實呈現其設計成果,即為本章所欲介紹分享之預鑄U型樑生產及吊裝施工心得。 |
英文摘要 | The Neihu line, an extension of the Muzha line, is a medium-capacity rapid transit system in the Taipei MRT. The Neihu line is comprised of a 10.4-km-long elevated section passing through areas of different socio-ecological modes such as residences, parks and economic and trading areas, of which a 6-km-long viaduct section is implemented by U-shaped girded construction. The U-shaped girder construction adopted on the Neihu line is the first example of this construction in domestic engineering. Its advantages are as follows: ● Design of compact section size reducing construction costs ● Construction period shortened through precast operation ● Bearing capacity strengthened by application of pre-stressing ● Column weight lowered through optimal calculation of span ● Smaller footprint providing more space to be given to vehicular traffic ● Enhanced subtlety of curves decreasing visual impact and helping highlight accompanying landscaping ● Web quality featuring integrated functions of structure and sound insulation This article aims to discuss how to implement design ideas with extreme conscientiousness by adopting U-shaped girders in construction, with a view to presenting what has been learned during the construction of the Neihu line. |
