中文摘要 | 本研究探討一般員工在不同高度搬運卸下貨物時腰椎所承受的傷害程度,並評估適合工作者卸貨時之搬運起始高度,使用動態監控系統分析在各作業型態中受測者之腰椎關節受力情形。所探討之實驗因子包含搬運重量(5、15 kg)、搬運起始高度(75、95、115、135、155 cm),共10種作業型態。研究結果可知卸貨作業必須要減輕搬運物重或減少腰部彎曲,可避免累積性肌肉骨骼傷害,因此本研究建議在進行人工物料卸下時,其工作設計應盡量考慮減少腰椎之彎曲爲宜。 |
英文摘要 | In order to estimate the suitable initial height of unloading and to evaluate the injury levels of the general workers' lumbar spine while unloading from different heights, this study utilize the MotionMonitor(superscript TM) system to analyze the force on the lumbar spine in various operation conditions. The experiment elements, including carrying weights (5 and 15 kg) and initial heights of unloading (75, 95, 115, 135, and 155 cm), provide a matrix of total 10 different combinations of operations. The results show that we could avoid causing injuries to muscles and bones from reducing handling weights or decreasing bending angle of the waist. Our study suggests that an ideal workplace design should reduce bending angle of the waist while unloading. |
