中文摘要 | 醫療的進步,使早產兒存活率提高,加護病房的噪音會影響早產兒神經發展及統合行为。本專案旨在探討環境噪音來源及降低環境中音量,改善前環境平均音量爲68分貝,因此成立專案小組調查,發現缺乏環境音量管理及制度規範、醫療儀器操作保養規範及相關的在職教育。經由分貝監測、訂定環境音量管理及交班模式規範、定期舉行在職教育,且訂定儀器警報聲處理流程及修定儀器使用規範。執行成效爲:環境音量降至57分貝、音量大於58分貝發生頻次降低73%、人員知能提升80%以上,達專案目的。 |
英文摘要 | The premature newborn survival rates are amended due to medical progress. The noise of intensive care unit (ICU) affects nerve development and sensory integration of newborn babies. The average environmental sound volum is 68 dB. Here the project investigates noise source and environmental sound volume reduction. One finding is that the unit lacked for the regulation of environmental volume management, the operational procedure of equipment and on-the-job training. By way of noise monitoring, environmental volume control, duty shift rule, on-job training, siren disposition and machine operational flow, the substantial performance listed as follows. The volume being reduced to 57 dB, the frequency of sound volume more than 57 dB reached 73%, as well as cognition of staff being raised to 80% and more. |
