中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是透過體驗與冒險教育理念所設計之自力造筏課程介入,探討對參與者團隊凝聚力之成效。為檢驗自力造筏課程效益,本研究針對54名學生進行團隊凝聚力量表的前、後測。同時,採用效果值探討不同時間點的能力改變程度,研究結果發現:自力造筏課程介入對參與者的團隊凝聚力有顯著的正面影響。最後建議結合體驗教育理念之自力造筏課程是值得推廣的課程。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the self-built raft courses that designed by experiential and adventure education principle. The scale of group cohesion was used to evaluate the course effect for 54 participants by the scores of pre-test and post-test. Also, the effect size was taken to measure how much the change was at different time point. According to the results, this self-built raft courses could positively promote participants' group cohesion. In the end, the researchers suggested the self-built raft courses be beneficial for participants and worth of promoting. |
