英文摘要 | This study investigates the relation between social network, global job satisfaction and organizational commitment of volunteer soldiers, and explores whether the locus of control moderates the relationship between global job satisfaction and organizational commitment of volunteer soldiers in Taiwan. Based on a regression analysis of 199 volunteer soldiers with ammunition specialty, this study found: (1) instrumental ties have significantly positive effects on global job satisfaction of volunteer soldiers; (2) expressive ties have no significantly positive effects on global job satisfaction of volunteer soldiers; (3) global job satisfaction has significantly positive effects on organizational commitment of volunteer soldiers; (4) internal locus of control has no significantly positive moderating effects on the relationship between global job satisfaction and organizational commitment of volunteer soldiers. This study also discusses theoretical implications, practice suggestions and research limitations. |
