中文摘要 | 影響電源端供電可靠度的因素有四:單機容量或系統規模、機組可用率、負載特性、及機組檢修排程等。隨著經濟持續成長,電力系統逐年增大,單機容量占比相對逐年減小,其對發電系統的供電可靠性的影響也相對減小。科技的精進與管理技術的提昇,不但使機組大修間隔拉長,檢修所需時間也有效縮短,無形中也提昇了機組可用率與系統供電可靠性。我國夏季用電尖峰負載,主要來自冷氣空調用電的負載,電力系統負載型態,夏月與非夏月的差距逐年拉大,系統內大型發電機組的大修,幾乎都可以避開夏月用電尖峰負載期間加以安排,因而可以減少系統因應機組計畫檢修所需的備轉容量。 |
英文摘要 | There are four factors that influence the reliability of a power generation system: generating units' capacity or the size of a power system, power units' availability, power-loasd profiles, and the scheduling of the generation unit's periodic overhaul. With the continuing economic development and expansion of power system, the ratios of individual generating unit's capacities to the overall power system have been decreasing, thus the impact of individual generating uint's operation on the power system reliability is reduced. Furthermore, the rapid advance in technology and improvement in power plant management also lead to better power unit's reliability and extension of unit's maintenance cycles. In addition, the widening of power load differences between summer season and winter season in recent years makes it possible to avoid arranging the generation unit's overhaul during the summer's peak load periods, and thereby reducing the system reserve capacity that are intended for the needs during the planned uints' overhaul. |
