中文摘要 | TRIZ 方法的 39 工程參數、矛盾表與 40 創新法則是創新問題解決理論中最受 歡迎以及最常被使用的工具。其解題的程序為先將特定的問題轉換為 TRIZ 的 問題,並解出 TRIZ 的標準解,再轉換為特定問題的解決方案。本研究結合矛 盾表與單一工程特性對應的創新法則,建構一創新問題求解流程,將其應用 於綠色產品改良設計。首先,分析設計對象或產品之綠色需求或應改善的綠 色問題,建立分析產品的元件功能分析表,找出產品應改善的工程特性及其 對應的 39 工程參數,藉由矛盾表或單一工程特性對應的創新法則解出可用之 40 創新法則,構想可行之設計方案,經由專利檢索與評估,確認設計方案之 可行性與可專利性。 |
英文摘要 | 39 Engineering Parameters, Contradiction Table and 40 Inventive Principles of TRIZ are the most commonly used methods for the theory of inventive problem solving. The first procedure is to transform a specific problem into that of TRIZ and get the standard solution of TRIZ, which is then transformed into the problem solution of the specific problem. This study is combined with the contradiction table and the inventive principle corresponding with a single engineering parameter in order to set up a solving process of an inventive problem, which is applied to the improved design of green products. First, the designed objects, the needs or problems which should be improved are analyzed, and the functional analysis schedule of products is set up in order to find out the engineering characteristics of products which should be improved and the corresponding 39 engineering parameters. Then, through the contradiction table or the inventive principle corresponding with a single engineering parameter, 40 inventive principles will be solved, and the feasible design will be also constructed. By means of the patent retrieval and assessment, the feasibility and patentability of designs will be confirmed. |
