中文摘要 | 本文從個別化、本土化及全球化之三化過程探討桃園縣中等教育的創新作 為,並試圖找出創新策略,以協助學校提升整體創新能力,引導學校成員在教 師教學、行政支援、專業發展等方面有具體創新作為,進而提升中等教育之品 質。本文以文獻及文件分析為主,以桃園縣60 所公立國民中學及3 所縣立高級 中學自2007 年八月至2009 年三月的創新作為為範圍。本文發現,為規劃該縣 中等教育創新活動時,除發揮該縣中等教育創新之特色外,亦須掌握教育藍圖 之延續性、教育之本土化與全球化相互對話、顧及弱勢族群權益、營造學習社 群、鼓勵本土性教育研究、實施績效責任制、善用行銷策略等原則;最後方能 達成該縣中等教育之「思、覺、行、盼」模式的創新目標。 |
英文摘要 | This article discusses the innovative accomplishment of secondary education in Taoyuan County from the procedures of individualization, localization and globalization. Trying out the innovative accomplishment of 60 public junior high schools and 3 senior high schools arranged by Taoyuan County discovering the innovative strategy to help schools promoting the entire creative ability, conducting the concrete innovation accomplishment in teaching, administrative support and professional development, then enhance the educational quality of secondary education. The methods utilized are analysis of references and documents and discussions focusing on the innovative accomplishment of 60 public junior high schools and 3 senior high schools arranged by Taoyuan County from August 2007 till March 2009. The conclusion of arranging innovative activities for the secondary education is not only playing the characteristics of the innovative accomplishment of the secondary education but also grasping the principles of that educational blueprint with continuity, localization and globalization of mutual dialogue, taking into account the rights of disadvantaged groups, creating learning communities, encouraging local education research, the implementation of performance accountability and make the best use of marketing strategies; Providing the mode of innovative accomplishment of secondary education of "deliberation, sensation, action and forward" reach the goal of secondary education in the county. |
