中文摘要 | 視覺空間能力在心理學上被視為智能的一種,研究顯示,視覺空間能力對許多工作領域之作業績效有顯著的影響。本研究主要目的是探討專長能力、受訓程度和先天能力等因素對視覺空間工作記憶的影響。36位受試者參與記憶掃瞄(Memory Scanning)、心理旋轉(Mental Rotation)實驗。結果顯示,專長能力、受訓程度、先天能力對視覺空間短期記憶容量和空間旋轉能力有顯著影響。研究結果建議企業可透過記憶掃瞄(Memory Scanning)、心理旋轉(Mental Rotation)篩選出適用的人才加以訓練。 |
英文摘要 | Visual-spatial ability is one of the human intelligence. Researches showed that visual-spatial ability would affect task performance in many working areas. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of specialty, training, and talent on visual-spatial working memory (VSWM). A total of 36 subjects participated in two experiments which were memory canning and mental rotation tests. Results revealed that specialty, training, and talent significantly affect visual-spatial working memory span and ability of mental rotation. The conclusion suggests that memory scanning and mental rotation can be used as screening tool to identify the feasible personnel for training. |
